This realistic silicone dildo has a unique feature– it has a hole from the tip to the base that allows the wearer to receive a strong blow job-like suction from a partner.

The B.J. Next Generation dildo is softer than the original B.J. by Form Function, but the walls of the shaft and the base itself are thicker this time, making it firm enough to use for penetration, but with realistic flexibility.

This item is designed to be worn over the genitals of a person with a clitoris or a neophallus (for example, a trans guy who has had growth through hormone therapy or meta surgery). The opening inside the base is about 1 inch wide and it tapers down a little bit.  At about 1.75″ in depth, the opening becomes very narrow– you can see this in the third photo example. This narrowing makes the suction and penetration functions effective, but also will stop the genitals from getting sucked in beyond that point.  Essentially you’re working with a tunnel inside the base of about an inch in diameter and about 1.75″ in length.  The base itself is concave, so folks with a bit more length in their clitoris or neophallus can likely still use this successfully, up to about 2 inches in length.  As with all items of this nature, individual experiences will vary. 

You may want to apply water-based lubricant to the genitals of the wearer for comfort during suction.
